Pietro, Gian Luca, and Giovanni are devoted sons of the Veneto. These three friends grew up together in the fields and bars of Treviso until their individual routes in life led them to places like London, New York, and Hong Kong.

The idea for Fiol brought them back together in 2011, allowing them to express their personalities and passions through a sparkling wine that symbolises the Italian and Venetian love of life.
