    if pulp is left in the mash blend will the wine get ruined during the fremintation prossess?or must ever little piece of pulp be removed before adding the yeast cultures?

    Ive heard the same thing about grapes. Use the stems and all just make sure its washed.

    Using a glass to mash the fruit sounds like you’re asking for trouble. Use a plastic cup or a clean wooden block.

    you can use damaged fruit – the riper the better – that is an old wive’s tale. Use the ripest fruit and smoe unripe fruit for a bite added to the taste. Roll Tide!
