Tasting Notes
A classic example of the Pecorino grape variety and a fantastic alternative to Pinot Grigio. On the nose the wine displays fine notes of apple, blossom and a herby, almost dill-like flavour. Lean and dry yet smooth and round on the palate with impressive length and a tangy vein of acidity.
