Tasting Notes
This high quality sparkling wine has a great bright pink colour, an extremely fine and persistent perlage and long lasting frothy nature. Slightly sweet and intensity aromas with floral notes of rose and jasmine in the foreground, followed by pomegranate, saffron and cherry. Secondary aromas of cloves and currants come to mind. Smooth to taste with a balanced, fresh and savoury finish with mineral notes reminiscent of flint. A superb party wine for special occasions!
