Pale yellow colour with a hint of light green reflections. An abundant yet very refined perlage.
On the nose, strong hints of toast, pastries and dried fruits ( particularly toasted almonds) stand out with a finishing note of golden apple.
Great balance of acidity and freshness on the palate together with the flavours of ripe apples. A pleasant softness on the finish.
