The result of real graphic design work, Aubert and Mathieu are unconventional and encourage imagination because they are produced only in the area of their origin. Their first line aims to elevate the endemic Languedoc Roussillon appellations. The Hors-Pistes line offers a remarkable production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, two legendary and unique grape types for the area. The newest wines are organic wines for friends, perfect for casual get-togethers.
