5. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is £7.95 per delivery address on all orders, so the more you buy, the more you save! We do not hide the cost of delivery in the wine prices.
6. What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The wine must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your package.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your wine arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at service@greatwinesdirect.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

11. What guarantee of quality do I have?
Apart from our 100% Money Back Guarantee, you also have the Quality Control of each Individual Country that we source from.
This includes AC from France, DOC from Italy etc...Plus, if you insist, we'll have a glass with you!
12. I work all day and am only at home in the evening-can you arrange an evening or weekend delivery?
We can execute evening or weekend deliveries but these cost considerably more, so we normally try to find a friendly neighbour or relative who can accept delivery.
Please add any delivery instructions into the notes section upon checkout (e.g. Leave next door at No 5, if out leave in bin cupboard, leave in garage if out etc)
Our delivery firm will leave a card with the local delivery offices details if you are out.
Please call this local depot asap to arrange a suitable delivery time for you or to collect in person.
13. Why is there a minimum of 6 bottles for a delivery?
This is down to Cost!
As a wholesaler it makes economic sense to supply a wine in half case boxes (6 bottles) as we receive them in from the Vineyards in 6's and 12's.
The delivery charge for one single bottle sometimes costs more than the bottle and anyway, when you find a wine you LOVE, will only ordering 1 be enough and don't forget our 100% Money Back Guarantee! If you don't like a wine you can return the remaining bottles to us.
