Outstanding

I don’t normally do these things, but this is absolutely stunning stuff.

Almost barely there. Perfumed with honeysuckle and nectar, yet still dry and crisp with a citrus finish. A beautiful white, perfect with any Mediterranean/Levantine seafood dish.

Or as an aperitif in the garden on a warm Spring day, this would be blissful.
