At Domaine Grand Roche the Lavallée family devote a lot of time and effort to caring for their vines all year long. Two of Erick Lavallée's children inherited the Estate in 2021. They both firmly believe in elevating the Domaine and taking action to protect the environment.

Herbicides and pesticides are no longer used at Domaine Grand Roche. Sulphur is favoured as a treatment for downy mildew, and treatments are maintained to a minimum. But in order to preserve biodiversity and minimise saturation, copper is used sparingly. To avoid soil compaction, they also employ compact, lightweight tractors.
