The fruit for our Les Boules wine portfolio comes from carefully chosen Pays d'Oc vineyards. The Pays d'Oc region in Southern France experiences a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and pleasant winters. The spring and autumn months see the most rainfall. Vineyards are cooled down by continental, dry winds from the north-west, which lowers the risk of disease. Warm winds from the south, which are intermingled with this wind, provide moisture to the vines. Each of the Les Boules sourced vineyard site has unique terroir qualities that give the finished wine a subtle layer of richness.

In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, each grape type was fermented separately with chosen yeasts, preserving the freshness and aromatic characteristics of each variety. At the Pizay winery, the wines were later blended to make the easy drinking style of wines that Les Boules are famous for.
