One of 2019's Coolest People in Food & Drink is Amanda Thomson, CEO and founder of B Corp Certified Thomson & Scott, creator of Noughty Wines.

Thomson has released the ground-breaking Noughty, the first premium alcohol-free, organic, vegan, halal, low sugar sparkling, leading the global movement to alcohol-free consumption.

The discussion about increased transparency in wine production and labelling is also being driven by Amanda, who wants consumers to have the right to know what's in their bottle.
Thomson's health-conscious mother raised her on a plant-based, sugar-free diet, and she has always been very interested in what goes into her meals.

Thomson, a former BBC arts broadcaster, relocated her small family to Paris where she pursued her Diploma in Wine at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School.
