260 hectares of vineyard, forest, truffle fields, and hazelnut trees are covered by the family-run Pedemontis enterprise. Many of these areas are marginal ones that have been gradually revived to support a concept centred on sustainable agriculture after being spared from abandonment.

The hills of Roero and Langhe are home to 13 hectares of mature vineyard, along with two younger plots that are being tended. Pedemontis encourages the organic harmony between nature, agriculture, and the human environment while producing oxygen from its forests and adhering to an agricultural philosophy that leaves no carbon impact.

A group of thirty donkeys roam the vineyards, feeding on the wild grasses, which in turn fertilise the vineyard with their organic compost. This is how the concept of "closed-cycle viticulture" is best represented.

Local, traditional varieties like Barbera, Nebbiolo, Arneis, and Favorita are grown. Pedemontis is known for its exquisite wines that are refined and graceful, possessing a remarkable freshness, subtle scent, and purity.
