Smokin' Barrels wines 25 year old vines are spur trimmed to produce a balanced crop each year.

They were planted on drought tolerant rootstocks in the Barossa Valley floor close to Angaston. Rich, ripe, and unique fruit tastes are ensured in the grapes by excellent fruit exposure. 

Kym Teusner is the winemaker at Smokin' Barrels, and some people would even suggest that she contributed to the design of the label. Even though we already had a few Barossa Shiraz in our collection, we lined up this variety and simply had to add this one for its pricing, quality and great looks.
