The Domaine Gaujal estate, which dates back to 1744, has been managed by Laurent Gaujal since he assumed control in 2013.

The 20 hectares of vineyard face the Étang de Thau lagoon and are bathed in Mediterranean sunshine. They are also refreshed by the cooling effects of the lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea.

The cellar is situated in the midst of the village of Pinet. Laurent cultivates his vineyard using organic methods and creates fresh, lively, and zesty Picpoul de Pinet as part of his ongoing quest for the best quality.
