This is a lovely, creamy-textured wine, which receives extended maturation to develop the evident richness in the mouth A slight smidgin of Semillon is also included, to further enhance the complexity and dimensions of flavour There are characteristic hints of green bean, okra and capsicum; however these are all in proportion and do not dominate Essential but understated is the vibrant, tingly acidity that unifies, freshens and centres the flavours and texture Bravo for the crafting of a Sauvignon with subtlety!
