The Swartland Winery is located on the route to Paarl, some 70 kilometres north of Cape Town, and 3 km outside of Malmesbury.

The winery, located in the heart of the Swartland, obtains its grapes from other wineries scattered over the hills surrounding Malmesbury.

The vineyards profit from the frequent chilly breezes that come off the Atlantic Ocean, which preserve the various microclimates while also giving the grape berry's physical characteristics a unique dimension.

Swartland winery has evolved over the past 70 years from a cooperative cellar to a private wine firm with three business units that provide their customers with a comprehensive wine experience.
