Indigenous Italian grapes from the region are highlighted in Cantine Volpi's Amonte varietal line.

Cantine Volpi was established in Tortona in 1914 and has remained active for four generations as a leading figure in Piemonte's ongoing wine growth, producing wines that are a true representation of the terroir surrounding the Tortonese hills.

One of the first wineries to embrace organic farming in the 1990s, their current 70% production is made up of organic wines.
