Rometta wines are produced in the hills facing South/SouthEast between Forl and Faenza in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy at an altitude of around 100 to 400m in clay, medium soil
The grapes are harvested usually during the second half of September by hand in small cases, then, following traditional pressing, the juice is transferred to a fermentation tank with a capacity of 200/600 litres.
These wines from Rometta are produced to show the typical characteristics of the region and are fruit driven, smooth to the palate, easy drinking and very price orientated
