True to the varietal grown in cooler climates, one is lured closer by aromas of Rosemary and Fynbos, a rich perfume and a savoury gloss with hints of pepper spice. Juicy ripe tannins adds structure with a youthful freshness to perch the bold fruit. The fruit follows through beautifully with a salty finish that lingers on the palate.

It's structured and balanced, with a beautiful garnet colour with a magenta rim and a deep intensity The nose develops with medium, but pronounced intensity, showing pure ripe plum, maraschino cherries, mixed spice with a hint of cedar and cinnamon On the palate, the wine is loaded with cassis, garrigue and meaty flavours and ends with a white pepper finish The wine finishes in a medium plus body with great depth of flavour, elegant structure and firm, grainy tannins
