Pink Pepper Gin is not made by the London Dry Gin method, instead each aromatic is macerated separately in alcohol then distilled under low pressure and temperature, to create concentrated aromatic extracts The recipe includes hand-picked Spanish pink peppercorns, juniper and a selection of several other spices A small amount of local honey is also added

Ten carefully selected botanicals from around the globe are used to make this London Dry Gin Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness on the nose Dry juniper leads on the palate, then reveals lemon tart and orange marmalade, before all the flavours harmonise The finish is dry with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon tart

Plymouth Gin is uniquely protected under EU law, in the same way as Champagne and Port it's made only in one area The gin has new packaging for 2013, but is made in a 7,000 litre copper pot still which has been used at the distillery for over 150 years The seven botanicals used in order of dominance are: juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, sweet angelica, orris root and cardamom No bitter botanicals are used

Distilled by Bruichladdich on Islay with 9 traditional botanicals (wild Islay juniper berries, cassia bark, angelica root, coriander seed, cinnamon bark, lemon and orange peel, liquorice root and oris root), augmented with 22 native Islay botanicals in a copper pot-still nicknamed 'Ugly Betty' A array of classic Gin flavours all augmented together for a truly exceptional Gin Predominately clean fresh citrus notes with a burst of flowery finesse The mouth feel and finish to this Gin is exceedingly clean, most certainly should be an addition to any Gin cabinet!
