Oenologist Vasiliki Akriotou has worked in the wine industry for more than 20 years. She developed her first line of wines in 2015 at a micro-winery in the heart of Greece that embodied her winemaking philosophy.

The vineyards are located between 280 and 380 metres above sea level, tucked away among the snow-capped mountains. The range comprises Orivatis, which refers to the "Mountaineer" constructed of Savatiano and recognises the difficult, steep terrain.

This exquisite, high-end line of wines, produced from ancient vines of indigenous grapes, is an authentic representation of this crisp highland terroir.
