In the centre of Mallorca's wine-producing region Binissalem sits the hamlet of Biniagual, which has moorish origins. The classic Majorcan estate consists of a whole, typical Majorcan farm, 14 residences, a chapel, a vintage winery, a Vinoteca, and more.

Bodega Biniagual's mission is to create wine that satisfies the highest standards. They complete every step of the process by hand in keeping with their philosophy, "Good wine is made on the fields, not in the winery."

They can then make sure that their grapes are of the highest calibre. The Bodega, or wine cellar, is the centre of the Biniagual winery. On the 34 hectares of land surrounding the hamlet and the winery, they grow the grapes used to make great wines, which are then pressed here.
