A group of farmers came together to form Bodegas La Pursima in 1946 with the goal of raising the calibre of Yecla wines.

They were awarded the designation of Denomination of Origin Yecla in 1975 as a result of their perseverance and commitment to make excellent wines.

The vineyards are situated on the Murcia Plateau in eastern Spain, and the wines are vinified in a cutting-edge winery that is modern and state-of-the-art. This ensures that the wines highlight the best terroir from the D.O.
