Boundary Line Wines are sourced from spur-pruned vines in vineyards located throughout the Riverina area. To allow for machinery access, the vines are spaced roughly 1.8 metres apart with 3.6 metres separating the rows. There are various types of soil in the vineyards, and each terroir imparts its own flavour to the finished wine.

In order to maintain the pure fruit tastes, the grapes are picked at their peak of ripeness and fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers.
