Caves Fonjoya, a youthful and energetic business, was founded in 2018 and derives its name from the Languedoc patois, where Font denotes a fountain and Joia denotes joy. This dynamic cooperative brings together a group of innovative vine farmers and winemakers who are united in their dedication to the protection of the terroir by utilising sustainable practises, representing a mosaic of terroirs throughout the Languedoc appellations. In fact, the 'huge buzz' surrounding sustainability—the in-demand subject of the day—led to the creation of the huge Buzz queue. The lively Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir wines from Big Buzz are produced in the gorgeous IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, and both wines exquisitely display the terroir via their fruit purity.
