Cenatiempo Vini d'Ischia was established in the early part of the 20th century as a result of this concept, which is symbolically symbolised by their magnificent cellar from the 17th century that was carved out of the Kalimera hill.

Cenatiempo Wines has outfitted itself with a sizable and organised structure to better represent the region. They oversee the transformation of the grapes, from harvest through bottling and distribution to clients, in addition to the direct, enthusiastic, and engaging administration of the vineyard.

Cenatiempo also employ as little intervention on the musts as possible, relying on mechanical filtrations, temperature control of the fermentation process, and very little amounts of sulfites.

Those that adhere to these values are chosen as their collaborators and business partners for the selling of their wines.
