Château des Graviers has 14ha of vines divided into four main blocks: Le Gravier near the domaine and parcels near Rauzan-Ségla, Issan, Tertre, and Monbrison.

In 2008, Christophe Landry, the current owner, enlarged his holdings by 5ha in the lieu-dit of Au Poujeau de Perrain, where 11ha were accepted to the Margaux appellation in 2007 after extensive and time-consuming geological examinations of the soil and subsoil.

Christophe planted five types (including carmenère, malbec, and petit verdot to enrich the aromatic range of his wines) and erected a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly chai dedicated to these 5ha of vines on this unique terroir surrounded by woodland and teaming with wildlife.
