The little village of St. Germain du Puch, which is situated between Libourne and Bordeaux, and the northernmost point of the Entre-deux-Mers appellation is home to Château Lestrille.

Estelle Roumage is a passionate and committed winemaker who creates sophisticated, contemporary wines from responsibly grown grapes.

The estate has been awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE Level 3) certification, and Estelle feels that the vineyard is where wine is truly made. She places a strong emphasis on maintaining the soil's ecological balance.

On the 45-hectare site, each plot is vinified separately and precisely according to specifications.
