Emmanuel Rybinski, a star on the rise in Cahor, is constantly coming up with new ideas. The 14 hectare vineyard, Clos Troteligotte, which grows primarily Malbec with 10% of the vines planted in Merlot, is situated atop an iron-rich plateau on the southern edge of the Cahors appellation.

Respect for the soil has always been a top focus for this family estate since it was founded in 1987, and they have a strong commitment to sustainable agricultural methods.

2014 saw Clos Troteligotte get organic farming certification, while 2015 heralded the start of biodynamic viticulture.

They are creating exceptional Cahors wines from their distinctive terrain with passion and energy. Their signature wine, K-Or, which is pronounced with a French K "ka," is a pun on the name Cahors.
