With more than 1,800 hectares of organically grown vines, Colomba Bianca, which was founded in 1970, is the largest Sicilian grower cooperative and the largest Italian producer of organic wine. Additionally, Colomba Bianca has 7,500 additional hectares of vineyard where both domestic and foreign varietals are grown.

Despite their size, they practise micro-viticulture and micro-winemaking to guarantee the highest level of accuracy, quality, and terroir expression.
