Colterenzio do not have a long history, and they are not a family business. They are one of the newest wineries in Alto Adige, and over 300 families work behind the scenes, some as a second job.

They work all year and bring us their lovely, hand-harvested grapes every autumn.

Good wine begins in the vineyard: the ideal plot of land is selected for each variety, each vine is meticulously cared year round, and each grape is meticulously plucked by hand. It appears to be a lot of work, and it is.

So, what motivates them? That's a simple question to answer: they can only make good wines in the cellar from the greatest, healthiest vineyards. There is no room for dissent. And that is just what Colterenzio stand for: uncompromised quality and genuine taste.
