A group of dedicated producers known as Dom Brial are following in the footsteps of Roussillon-born Benedictine monk Dom Brial. With the motto "Together We Are Stronger," the winery was founded in 1923 in response to the Phylloxera disaster that decimated numerous Roussillon vineyards.

Presently, 247 winegrowers who cultivate the mosaic of many terroirs are represented by the vibrant cooperative.

Pioneers in sustainable growth, Dom Brial has 1,700 hectares that have been certified as "Sustainable Winegrowing" since 2007. This includes 200 hectares of vineyard that is organically cultivated.

Dom Brial is particularly well-known for its premium wines from Château les Pins, which is a 28-hectare estate in the centre of the hamlet and was left to the winery by one of the producers in the AOC Côtes du Roussillon Villages.

A variety of traditional wines are made by Dom Brial that highlight this beautiful region.
