The most sought-after slopes in Vouvray are all close to Domaine de la Rouletière. It was established in 1914, and the Gilet family, who have produced wine for five generations, own it.

The 27 hectare vineyard is sustainably farmed by owner and winemaker Jean-Marc Gilet, who also honours the terroir of Domaine de la Rouletier. 800 square metres of freestone have been chiselled out of the domain's spectacular two-story cellar, which is located in the centre of the vineyard and was built by the Gilet family over many generations.

Domaine de la Rouletiere Wines have all the characteristics of outstanding Vouvray and are finely crafted and exquisitely balanced.
