The Millet family has been producing wine in Bué, in the Loire Valley's Sancerre region, for more than five generations. Gérard and Isabelle now co-manage the family domain with their son Steve.

24 hectares of vineyards make up the estate, 19 of which are in the Sancerre appellation and five of which are in Menetou-Salon.

Domaine Gérard Millet received the HVE3 accreditation in 2020 as a result of the vineyard's sustainable, biodiversity- and environment-friendly, cultivation practices.

This family-run winery recently made an investment in new heat exchange machinery to make sure that the grapes and must are chilled to ensure the wine is as fresh as possible. Their wines are crisp, clean, and have outstanding type.
