The DO Jumilla region of southeast Spain, known for its high elevation plains and valleys, is where Finca Bacara is located.

The Finca Baraca winery is dedicated to producing wines with as little negative environmental impact as possible because they believe that wine and the land are intrinsically linked.

The vineyards have ISO14001 Environmental certification and are organically grown. The vines grow fruit that is vivid and fresh at an elevation of 900 metres.

Luis Javier Pérez, the winemaker, has created an original series based on the idea that 'Time Waits for No One,' encouraging us to enjoy each moment because time cannot be turned back.

The idiosyncratically packed wines are fruit-driven, extremely unique, and should be savoured just like time itself.
