The domain Florent Garaudet is situated in the village of Monthelie, 7 km south of Beaune, between Volnay and Meursault, right in the centre of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune.

Florent Garaudet is the fifth generation to cultivate a portion of the family's land, and they have been growers from father to son.

On the vineyards around Monthelie, about 60% of the 3 hectares domain is planted in Pinot Noir, while 40% is planted in Chardonnay and extends over the appellations of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, with an additional small parcel of Aligoté grapes in Puligny.
