Puiatti is a member of the Italian wine company Bertani Domains. Their wineries have never adopted fashionable styles and strive to produce genuine wines that are representative of their locale.

The Friuli region of northeastern Italy is home to Puiatti, who have been in the wine business since 1967. White winemaking method known as the Metodo Puiatti, in which white grape types are fermented and matured in 100% stainless steel, was created by Giovanni Puiatti's father Vittorio. Vittorio aimed to create clear wines with vibrant flavours. While this vinification method is now widely used not just in Italy but all over the world, it was once truly groundbreaking.

In order to create wines in the Puiatti's style, they employ a low intervention technique in the vineyard and the cellar. These are devoid of oak and are fresh and beautiful with little alcohol.
