Prior to Jerome Gouffier handing up control to his close friend Frédéric Gueugneau, who had previously worked at La Chablisienne, the Gouffier family had historically owned and operated it for several generations.

Frédéric and oenologist Benoît Pagot have introduced a new approach to winemaking since 2011. They produce wines with all the character and panache of a fine Burgundy while adhering to an organic concept.
