Gran Fondo is a modern wine that captures the essential spirit of current, approachable Italian wines.

This wine is a blend of indigenous and traditional varietals that was inspired by the Gran Fondos of Italy, the well-known cycling competitions that wind their way through the picturesque, seaside, and vineyard-dotted landscapes of Italy.

The vineyards are situated in Emilia Romagna, one of Italy's most productive wine regions, which is bordered by Tuscany to the south and Lombardy and Veneto to the north.

Emilia Romagna is a wealthy and fertile region.
