Alex and Angelos Delis, brothers, founded this little micro-winery 'Ios Winery' in 2015 after being inspired by their experience working with the illustrious Haridimos Hatzidakis on the nearby Santorini island.

The vineyard, which is on the island of Ios, is planted with Aegean grapes like Monemvasia and Assyrtiko on schist-dominated soils, giving the wines a remarkable minerality.

Ios Winery wines are produced in a gravity-fed winery with the least amount of sulphur feasible at bottling.

They produce very little wine; typically, Ios is the only spot where you can taste them.
