The name of this exquisite selection of Jako Vino wines was inspired by the white stone, known locally as Stina, found on the lovely Croatian island of Bra.

When Jako Andabak made an investment in a cellar near Bol's waterfront, the Stina idea was born. He constructed a modern basement that is ideal for production and tastings after extensive remodeling.

The vineyards, which are planted with regional varietals including Poip and Vugava, received simultaneous investment.

The vineyard at Stipani dates back to the 15th century, but despite the island's long history of grape cultivation, many of the vines needed to be either replanted or restored to its former splendour.

These magnificent indigenous cultivars are highlighted by winemaker Rikard Petric.
