A small group of vignerons from Bourdic and the nearby towns founded Les Collines du Bourdic in 1928. They created genuine, light, approachable, and fruit-forward wines that reflected the region's history and terroir.
Through the years, the cooperative's skills and knowledge have been passed down, and in 1985, it changed its name to 'Les Collines du Bourdic.'
Currently, it has 1,700 hectares of vines, 150 of which are organic and HVE Level 3 certified. They produce a variety of vivid wines under the Heritage label, which are a reflection of the straightforward idles of the past.
Les Collines du Bourdic are passionate about showcasing the best of their region. The spirit and profile of the wines remain the same, with light and bright colours, despite the more modern vinification techniques, producing typical flavours of the South of France
An expressive and fruity Viognier with aromatic notes of juicy apricot and mango and a lovely textured palate, balanced by the perfect hint of freshness
