The Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune comprise 31 hectares of the Domaine Michel Juillot. His vineyard, which was established in Mercurey in 1928, consists of 10 hectares of Chardonnay and 21 hectares of Pinot Noir. Every year, the winery produces 180,000 bottles of wine, with more than 20 different appellations, half of which are Premiers and Grands Crus.

The 650 hectares of the Mercurey appellation provide winemakers rich and diverse soil. The wines' gorgeous natural structure is a result of this specific region. These alluring qualities present in the wines from Domaine Michel Juillot are preserved with the least invasive vinification process possible.
