Olivier Coste has always loved to play in the vines and the wine cellar at the family's wine estate in Pézenas, which was established in 1701. He acquired a love of nature, the Languedoc, and southern French wines as a result of his upbringing.

A few miles away from Pézenas, where the Mediterranean Sea exerts its impact on the vines, are the vineyards.

The estate is HVE Level 3 certified, which supports the family's current "Carbon Neutral" strategy. They minimise their CO2 emissions and make up the difference by funding ecological projects, including ones in India.

The Olivier's (OC)riginal Stars line of wines was developed for consumers who value a contemporary, fruity varietal wine that complements funny packaging.
