The Albario, Treixadura, Godello, and Mencia native grape varieties are used in the production of Galician wine at the Pazo do Mar winery, which was established by the Mendez family in 2002.

The Atlantic Ocean has an impact on the vineyards, which stand 150 metres above sea level on slate and granite soils.

The goal of this family-run vineyard is to create magnificent wines with character and freshness by striking the ideal balance between traditional principles and cutting-edge winemaking techniques.
