Since 1998, the McLachlan family has taken a 'hands on' approach to winemaking, aiming to make wines that represent the best of Central Otago.

Organic farming is central to everything at Peregrine Vineyard Estates, with a holistic strategy that includes agricultural and livestock production as well as vineyard management.  The estate farming staff is equally skilled at growing vines as they are at creating new land or working with cattle.
