Piattelli Vineyards are located in the Andes Mountains' foothills. The vineyards' century-old vines are watered by clean water that melts from the mountains' snow-capped summits, an essential ingredient in producing the wines' wonderful flavour.

Due to the unique terroirs and microclimates found in each region, Piattelli Vineyards takes great delight in producing wines that have a feeling of place. They intended to highlight both of Argentina's greatest grape-growing regions, Mendoza and Cafayate.

The wines are created under the direction of head winemaker Valeria Antolin, who is devoted to achieving perfection. 

The Cafayate gravity-fed winery upholds its dedication to sustainable practises. Piattelli Vineyards engages in organic cultivation, and its vineyards in Mendoza are USDA-certified sustainable.

The award-winning wines are made with knowledge, accuracy, and affection from grapes that are grown in nutrient-rich soil, clear water, and arid air.

In Cafayate, located 1,700 metres above sea level and surrounded by the Andes Mountains, the vines are raised at a high height. The terroir of the region is characterised by the great altitude of Cafayate, one of the highest regions in the world suited for winemaking.

The grapes develop thicker, darker skins to defend themselves from UV rays as a result of the vines' exposure to strong sunshine, which increases the concentration of colour and flavour in the grapes.

Due to the diurnal temperature difference, the ripening season is prolonged, resulting in concentrated grapes that are full of flavour but have a balanced structure. There are several geological layers that make up the soils.
