Richard Kershaw MW's wines are constantly in high demand despite being produced in small numbers.

Richard, a Sheffield native, studied and practiced cooking before becoming interested in wine. He moved to South Africa in 1999 after a period of significant travel, and by 2009 he was the group winemaker at Mulderbosch and Kanu.

In 2012, he founded Richard Kershaw Wines, specialised in Elgin's cool-climate wines. He uses his extensive knowledge to create exquisite wines that are easily a match for some of the top wines in the world. He is one of the few MWs to manufacture his own wine.
