The Rovellotti family's vineyards, located around Ghemme, cover 25 hectares on the Novarese Hills: this location, exposed to the fresh Alpine winds, is ideal for cultivating the indigenous grape varieties Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Vitigno Innominabile, and Bonarda.

Because of an excellent environment, such as the temperature difference between day and night, the vines can develop their incomparable aromatic qualities here.

The highly acidic soil elements make the grapes particularly special; indeed, they lend a distinct style to the wines produced.
