A real treat, Seresin takes the classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc formula to a whole new level, with added layers of refinement, polish and complexity It has a vibrant nose with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, herbaceous notes and a lashing of citrus The palate is lush, generous and textural, with subtle notes of lemon blossom and passionfruit The finish is refreshing, crisp and dry This biodynamic vineyard is owned by cinematographer, Michael Seresin (of Harry Potter fame), and the wines are made by the exceptionally talented (and almost as famous) Tamra Kelly-Washington

Michael Seresin's organic Reserve Chardonnay is a wine with a real sense of poise - concentrated yet restrained aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, a hint of tart greengage and finely-judged oak It has breadth, richness, savour and complexity on the palate, balanced by firm acidity and salty mineral character This can be enjoyed now, but it also will age gracefully

This is amphora wild-fermented organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir, hand-picked from the Raupo vineyard site and bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsulphured This has a bit of natural wine funk, which is quickly overtaken by bright, exuberant fruit, freesia, lily and lipstick aromas It is dry, fresh and exciting on the palate, with light texture, crunchy fruit, brisk acidity and an appealing note of liquorice on the finish

Syrah from the Raupo vineyard in Marlborough's Omaka Valley, which has been fermented and aged in clay amphorae It has intense aromas of white pepper and bright, juicy purple berry fruit, with exotic spice and freesia notes It is crisp, crunchy and light-textured and yet with masses of personality and a hint of menthol on the finish This is a vivacious Syrah that just happens to be a 'natural' wine SO delicious!

This is an organic and biodynamic blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes, fermented on their skins in small clay amphorae for 24 days, and bottled without stabilisation, fining or filtration It has a beautiful pale amber colour, and appealing and very complex aromas of rosehips, quince, crab apple jelly, rose petals and a hint of cider The palate is savoury, subtle and every bit as complex as the nose: verbena, green tea, powdered ginger, moscatel and preserved lemon rind It is dry and fairly low in alcohol, with a soft but definite tannin texture This really is superb - interesting, quirky and extremely enjoyable

Rich, vibrant and perfumed with classic cool climate Pinot Gris aromatics of ripe yellow pear and ginger spice The palate is plump and juicy, yet refined, elegant and dry

This is an amazingly classy pink Pinot Noir It has the finesse and precision of the very best rose Sancerre, along with a soft gentleness all of its own With beautiful fresh berry fruit, attractive hints of spring blossom, a touch of vanilla cream and impeccable balance, this is thoroughly irresistible The wine is a single-site selection from a particular Pinot plot within Seresin's Raupo vineyard

A blend from all three vineyard sites, Rachel is named after Michael Seresin s mother The nose exhibits aromas of black cherry, truffle and chocolate The palate is concentrated and full with a dense core of rich fruit, alongside savoury spice and herbal notes, all underpinned by silky-fine and mouth coating tannins Long on the finish, with a cleansing acidity, this is a poised, yet powerful wine

Made only in exceptional vintages, this is superb Pinot Noir, savoury and complex, lightly fragrant with flowers and mouthwateringly loaded with flavours of raspberry and redcurrant
